The Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping was the beginning of a new era in the field of equestrian sport. The quest to win the most difficult-to-obtain trophies in the world of equestrian sport unites the top riders from all over the globe. 
The Major tournaments Aachen, Spruce Meadows, Geneva and ´s-Hertogenbosch – all prestigious names on the international equestrian sport circuit, which are connected by a spectacular bonus system: Turning the Rolex Grand Slam into a truly infinite story, into one of the most exciting concepts in the history of international sport.

Details

During my time at The Consultancy Group, I had the opportunity to work on one of my biggest projects: The Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping. As the Project Manager and Social Media Manager, I was responsible for managing all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and Chinese social media channels.

Social Media Strategy

I developed and executed the social media strategy for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, managing all platforms to enhance global engagement and promote the prestigious events. My approach focused on innovative content creation and real-time coverage, driving increased visibility and audience interaction across key social channels.

Social Media Management

I managed the social media channels for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, creating and executing a content calendar with four weekly posts, including videos, photos, and visuals. I provided on-site event coverage to capture real-time moments, ensuring consistent engagement and maximizing the event’s digital reach. Mostly on Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, X and Youtube.

Social Media Paid Ads

I developed and implemented the social media paid ads strategy for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, focusing on increasing visibility and attracting more viewers. My targeted campaigns successfully boosted engagement and promoted event livestreams, driving significant traffic and enhancing the overall online presence of the competition.

Content Creation

Creating on site videos during the events and editing engaging content, such as interviews, innovative social media videos and Reels / Tiktok.

Merchandising

I led the project to create a merchandising line for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, which included a cap, bag, and passport (for autograph sign). From concept to production, I ensured the merchandise reflected the event’s prestige, offering fans high-quality products that enhanced brand loyalty and engagement.

Video Ad Campaign

I led the creation of a video campaign for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, featuring professional rider Steve Guerdat. The campaign was showcased on big screens during events and aired on TV, highlighting the sport’s excellence and engaging audiences both on-site and at home, amplifying the event’s visibility and prestige.

Project Management

I oversaw the entire project on coordinating all aspects. My role ensured seamless execution across multiple platforms, maintaining consistent branding and maximizing the event’s impact and visibility.

Digital Experience

I managed the development of an online video game and a gaming terminal for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, allowing fans to play at the event. Additionally, we introduced a Virtual Reality experience, offering immersive interactions through VR headsets. These innovative features boosted fan engagement and brought a unique digital dimension to the event experience.

Press Release and Newsletter

I created press releases and newsletters for the Rolex Grand Slam of Showjumping, both during the event and throughout the year. These communications kept media, fans, and stakeholders informed and engaged, enhancing the event’s visibility and maintaining momentum across key moments.
