Did you know that most pro bakers have their little pot of gold, secret arsenal of tips and tricks that allows them to do the things they do?
You know, those delicious, little-known recipes that turn mouths into waterfalls, decorating secrets that make jaws drop.
Knowledge and insights that are normal bakers are denied.
The insider tips that took years to figure out.
Just like they took me years to find, practice, master, and then turn into a business.
You see, I wasn’t always a great baker.
The struggle was so real that I wanted to drop it altogether and focus on other aspects of my life.
But the thoughts of those delicious, beautiful cakes I saw online and on TV kept beckoning me back into the kitchen.
Plus, I didn’t want to see my cakes being ignored by guests, friends, and family.
Deep down inside, I wanted to see jaws drop, eyes popping and mouths watering for my cakes.
Call it egotistical, but I wanted to be appreciated for my efforts. I’m only human, after all.
So, I set out on a mission to discover the secrets of baking and decorating (REAL baking and decorating).
I had many mentors take me under their wings, hundreds of recipes that I got my hands on, and thousands, tens of thousands of cakes baked and decorated over the years.
I got so good at it; I’m now doing it for a living.
Would you like to discover how you can do the same, very simply and easily?
You can do it from your kitchen, with the tools you probably already have in there.
No kidding.

SL: Getting this baking thing handled, once and for all
Body:
Hey, <name>
It’s Hilary.
Do you know what feels amazing?
When you finally become 100% confident in your baking and decorating abilities.
I used to meet up with my friends and neighbors, fellow women just like me, and bake and decorate in one of our kitchens.
It was fun being around them, and the bonding experience was nice.
But when it came to baking, I was always a bit of an outsider.
I didn’t know what I was doing, and I didn’t want to show it.
So whenever my friends were talking about more advanced baking and decorating, I would smile and listen (because I didn’t have anything valuable to say).
Fast forward a few years; I ended up being THE baking and decorating authority in our neighborhood (and beyond).
I became the woman that others are now looking up to.
Not going to lie; it feels great having everyone ask for your opinion on everything baking-related.
People want you to bake the cakes for their parties, baby showers, get-togethers, etc.
We’ve developed a sort of sisterhood (but anyone is included and accepted) where we share all of our insights, secret knowledge, tips, and tricks for incredibly delicious and beautiful baking.
We’re all following the same strategy that I’ve outlined and explained in detail in ‘Bake Decorating: Beginner to Pro.’
It’s a 5-Step System that is meant to do precisely what it says.
Take a beginner baker and turn her/him into a pro.
Quickly, easily, no-hassle, right in your kitchen, with the tools you already have at hand.
It’s not that hard to become an incredible baker… but you do need that knowledge that most advanced bakers are keeping to themselves.
But I decided to share it.

SL: How good can a cake be?
Body:
Hey <name>
Ah, that’s the question I used to ask myself so often when I was growing up.
Also, as I was learning and cracking the code on the whole baking and decorating thing.
I would see these amazing cakes at expensive restaurants (whenever we afforded a night out at one of those).
Or on TV, where fancy European master bakers would present us their newest masterpiece.
On the rare occasion that I DID get to taste one of those cakes, oh my… Heaven.
Heaven on a plate.
‘This is the best cake ever!’ I would say…
Before another one would show up a few weeks later, to sweep me off my feet yet again.
‘No, THIS is the best cake ever!’
Ah, and then there was me, having to persuade my guests to finish the slice of cake that I baked, so I didn’t feel completely embarrassed about my skills.
What a mess.
It stings; it does. Having to go through that.
So, when I finally had enough, I decided I needed to change something.
My baking and decorating skills, which were mediocre at best, HAD to be improved at all costs.
And they were.
Now, don’t get me wrong, it took me years of practice and multiple mentors guiding me through every step of the process.
