SaleSmartly Website

Salesmartly is an all-encompassing intelligent customer service platform that integrates chatbots, emails, and social media channels. Its primary users are Chinese businesses targeting overseas markets. In a highly competitive market as a new startup, Salesmartly urgently needed a website that projects a professional image, establishes high credibility, and effectively communicates its product value.

Due to Salesmartly being a recently established venture, there were constraints on the resources available for brand design. Therefore, we need to explore the greatest possibilities under the existing brand to create high-quality visuals. At the same time, a deep understanding of Salesmartly’s product services, business goals, market positioning, and target users was crucial for successfully conveying the product’s value.

To address these challenges, we conducted in-depth interviews with the Salesmartly team at the beginning of the project to ensure we shared a common understanding of the brand’s core, corporate culture, and website goals. In our preliminary research, we conducted data analysis and heuristic evaluation of their competitors’ websites. And built brand archetypes, personas and emotion boards for Salesmartly.

For content planning, we focused on increasing product credibility and ensuring that copy, illustrations and demo animations maximized product value. In terms of visual design, we built on the existing brand to create a clear, professional visual experience that is relevant to the Western market

Through the efforts of the Undef Design team, Salesmartly’s website has successfully enhanced the credibility and professional image of the product. The new website clearly presents product features, application scenarios and team profiles, effectively communicating the value of the product. The new website has been highly appreciated by Salesmartly’s customers and has earned Salesmartly more attention and trust in the competitive marketplace of the overseas business sector.
