O2H TEA is a high-quality tea brand planning to launch in Australia, aiming to blend the philosophy of Eastern tea culture with modern Western lifestyles. Initially, O2H TEA plans to focus on online sales, thus requiring a strong online presence and brand perception. Our goal is to create a captivating website for O2H TEA that effectively communicates its brand value while providing an excellent shopping experience.

In this project, we encountered several challenges. Given the intense competition in the Australian tea market, as a new brand, we needed to earn customers’ trust amidst well-established and large-scale competitors. Moreover, with only online sales channels available, we needed to find a balance between conveying brand value and providing a seamless shopping experience.

In brand design, we closely collaborated with our partner, the branding expert FAIRFOUL. They conducted comprehensive brand work for O2H TEA, ranging from defining the brand core to packaging design and product photography, laying a solid foundation for O2H TEA’s brand identity.

In website design, we began by understanding O2H TEA’s business needs and conducting data analysis and usability evaluations of its competitors’ websites. Subsequently, based on the brand core and market research, we developed a clear visual and content strategy.

To effectively balance brand perception and shopping experience, we designed an elegant, serene, and engaging landing page for O2H TEA to convey its brand story and vision. On the sales side, we set up an intuitive, user-friendly, and secure shopping website for O2H TEA, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers and easy management for staff.

Through the collaborative efforts of FAIRFOUL, Undef, and O2H TEA, we successfully crafted a memorable brand impression. The standout visual design and excellent shopping experience have garnered positive feedback and attention for O2H TEA’s online market launch. With these achievements, we are confident that O2H TEA will achieve greater success in the Australian tea market.
