Brands such as Electronic Arts, Zynga, and Supercell use AdEngine to manage and optimize their marketing campaigns, which are worth billions in ad spend. Lance's role was to assist the team in designing and building a suite of self-service tools for onboarding as the company transitioned into a SaaS platform. He worked directly with account managers and clients to produce a UX audit, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity comps. The onboarding project was successful and was eventually rolled out to all customers.
