Redesign of All Access Fans Platform

I joined Fenris Media Ltd as the Product (UIUXI) Designer tasked with the full redesign of All Access Fans — a content monetization platform created to empower African creators.
The platform initially existed as a mobile-only product with no responsive support for web users. My mission was to rethink the product from the ground up and design a unified, seamless experience across both mobile and desktop devices.
Working closely with the project manager and developers, I aligned every design decision with the product’s vision and roadmap. From kickoff to handoff, I led the design execution across all user-facing touchpoints.
Fast forward 6 months I joined the team the platform grow rapidly. All Access Fans recorded ₦1.8 billion in revenue in its first year, with 13,140 creators, over 112,000 users, and ₦25.5 million earned through referrals.

I was a co product designer on the project, working closely with a team of developers and a project manager. I co-design the UX and Ul design efforts across both mobile and web platforms, creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and a scalable design system. My focus was on building a fully responsive and intuitive user experience that worked seamlessly across all devices. I also collaborated closely with the development team to ensure every design detail was implemented with precision.

All Access Fans was more than just a product — it was a bold mission to empower African creators to transform their passion into income. However, the original platform fell short: it struggled with responsiveness, usability, and device scalability. We set out to change that — not just with a new look, but by building a user-first, accessible experience designed to connect creators and fans wherever they are.

My approach began with an in-depth exploration of user needs, behaviors, and pain points. I spent time understanding what African creators and their fans truly expected from the platform, ensuring that every decision was grounded in real user insights. At the same time, I stayed closely aligned with All Access Fans’ brand vision — a commitment to empowering creators and fostering meaningful connections. With these priorities in mind, I set out to design an accessible, user-centric platform that would not only meet modern usability standards but also deliver a seamless, consistent experience across all devices and screen sizes. Every interaction, from onboarding to content discovery, was carefully crafted to feel intuitive, inclusive, and scalable — helping creators thrive and fans engage effortlessly.
