Skyline Realty Visual Identity and Brochure Design

Overview Skyline Realty is a newly established real estate company founded by a group of investors who had previously worked behind the scenes—renovating and promoting properties in Portugal to international buyers through other agencies. As they transitioned into operating under their own name, they needed a clear and elegant visual identity to support their positioning in the luxury property market. The Challenge The client lacked a defined brand identity. Their goal was to attract high-end international buyers while grounding their image in authentic Portuguese charm. They needed a refined logo, cohesive branding, and a print brochure that would leave a strong impression at private events and client meetings. My Role I was responsible for developing the entire visual identity and design of the promotional brochure. This included research, concept development, typography selection, colour palette definition, layout design, and image curation. Creative Direction The logo was inspired by the architectural lines of the National Palace of Mafra, symbolizing heritage and refinement. The typography—Lexend Peta Extra Light—was chosen for its modern, minimalist character. The colour palette combined Midnight Steel (a deep oceanic blue) with Warm Sand, evoking the Portuguese coastline and balancing luxury with nature. For the brochure, I selected imagery that showcased both the properties and the regions where Skyline Realty operates: Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve. The design prioritizes clarity, simplicity, and elegance, reflecting the values of the brand and the lifestyle it promotes. Result The new identity gave Skyline Realty a professional presence that aligned with their target market. The brochure has been successfully used at client-facing events, helping to position the company as a trustworthy and premium option for luxury real estate in Portugal. Since launching the new branding, Skyline Realty has attracted new interest from high-end international buyers and partners. Conclusion This project demonstrates how thoughtful, culturally grounded design can help emerging companies establish trust and recognition in a competitive market. My goal was to deliver a refined yet approachable identity that tells the story of the brand while supporting future growth.
