Medico — Mobile Healthcare App

Medico is a tool for handy communication experience between patients and doctors. The app aims to help healthcare professionals improve and facilitate patient care.

Role: UX UI Designer

What was done: User research, user interviews, IA, user flows, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, Style guide & UI kit.

To better understand patients' needs and pain points, I conducted user interviews and analyzed existing telemedicine experiences. 



The research revealed several barriers that shaped the product direction and helped prioritize key features.

Medico was designed to remove these barriers by bringing doctor discovery, appointment booking, secure consultations, and medical records into one intuitive platform. The goal was to create a trustworthy experience that makes healthcare accessible whenever patients need it.

The visual direction focuses on simplicity, trust, and clarity. Blue gives a sense of security and builds trust in the product. 


Poppins is a popular geometric sans-serif font family commonly used in mobile app design. Its clean, modern letterforms make it suitable for both headings and body text.
