Rachel Pedersen has been my mentor since June 2022, which allowed me to up-level my overall marketing skills and also to complete reference projects for her, such as a content repurposing project during an internship with her. Read to learn more!

Let's look at the challenge...

Rachel provided raw footage that was recorded for her Youtube. Similar to many busy business owners, content creation has to be as efficient as possible, that's why she was looking to repurpose some material to TikTok.
BUT...The footage provided was not intentionally created for that and not necessarily providing the information in a manner, that makes it easy to create short-form video from it.

The solution

To create content that condenses the message in a short-form video, but still brings value to the audience and actually converts, I decided to apply the following structure:
1) Hook: Setting objectives within the first three seconds
2) Value: Condensed information, not more than 30 seconds
3) CTA: Guiding the audience to the next step where they can find additional value/ be nurtured to a sale
