Arcangel is an AI-powered startup investment platform helping founders raise capital from pre-seed to pre-IPO. When they approached me, they were preparing their public launch and needed a fast, credible marketing site that clearly explained their product, generated early leads, and supported the events they were running for founders and investors. They had momentum and funding — but no brand, no product UI solidified, and no clear way to communicate what they were building.

Arcangel needed to ship fast and look trustworthy. Their early product was evolving weekly, so they lacked a strong brand foundation, a clear structure for explaining the platform, and the visuals to match the seriousness of the investment world. They needed a site that:

Because the product UI wasn’t finished, I also contributed to the UX decisions that helped shape the way Arcangel communicates its features today.

I started by defining the brand: typography, color system, spacing, and UI patterns that could work across the website and product. From there, I mapped out a YC-style structure — simple hierarchy, clear messaging, and modular sections founders could scan in seconds.

Key design decisions:

Framer was the ideal platform for this: high performance, fast iteration, and full autonomy for the team after launch.

The website gave Arcangel what they needed most: a polished, high-credibility presence they could use to validate and test their business direction. The clarity and speed of execution allowed them to gather insights quickly, eventually leading to a product pivot — which is why their current site looks different today. The founders loved the result, and the project led to referrals and new clients.

This project shows how I work with early-stage teams: I don’t need a finished product to start — just a vision.
