The goal was not just a visual upgrade, but a complete transformation of the store experience to match luxury positioning and improve conversions across all touchpoints.

The Problem

The existing store had:

Poor UX on product, collection, and secondary pages
No structured conversion flow
Landing pages not aligned with brand or SEO needs
Overall, the store felt fragmented and template-driven.
