X Pager: Real-Time Social Notifications on Physical Hardware

I built an X pager that brings online interactions into the physical world. Likes, replies, reposts, quotes, follows, and other account activity become short notifications displayed on a real pager.
A Cloudflare Worker receives X Account Activity API events, verifies the webhook signature, and formats each event into pager-safe text. Resend delivers notifications by email, while Convex logs the events. Gmail forwarding bridges delivery to the pager email provider, which routes the message over the paging network.
A companion website lets visitors send a page directly. WCTP is integrated as a fallback; the email bridge addressed strict sender filtering and the provider’s WCTP rate limits.
This project demonstrates webhook integration, event processing, delivery fallbacks, and a public web interface connected to physical hardware.
