The brief

Skelmet makes a wall mount for motorcycle helmets: a 3D-printed flame skull on a black arm. The helmet goes on the skull, the gloves and keys hang below, and storage turns into something you want on the wall.
Riders spend a lot on a helmet and then leave it on a chair. Skelmet turns the hanger into a piece of kit you want on show, so the brand had to feel like riding gear, not hardware.

The mark

Skeleton and helmet. The icon is a skull wearing a split helmet, and it sits inside the wordmark, right where one word turns into the other. I explored four routes, and this is the one that made it to the box.

High-visibility orange on near-black, the colours of riding kit and warning signs. It matches the orange mount, so the logo, the box and the product read as one thing.

The box

Every panel does a job: the promise on the front, features and contents on the back, install steps on the side. Inside there's a wall-mounting template, so nobody needs a tape measure.

The imagery

I art-directed the product imagery with AI from photos of the real mount: a dark studio, a concrete wall, one warm light, and the helmet where it belongs. Three colourways, so the store could show every version.

And then the store

I designed and built the online store too, with a 3D skull that follows your scroll. It has its own case study on my profile: Skelmet store.

"Built to hold. Made to stand out." That's the line on the front of the box, and honestly, it was the brief too.
Skelmet brand assets belong to Skelmet. Product imagery and packaging visuals were made with AI, art-directed from photos of the real mount and my artwork.
