The interface brings mailbox navigation, categorized inbox tabs, sender avatars, colorful email labels, attachment indicators, starred messages, compose tools, storage usage, and AI email assistance into one polished productivity workspace. With a light-mode layout and a calm visual direction, Mailora helps users manage busy communication workflows without feeling overwhelmed.

The design focuses on clarity, hierarchy, and workflow speed. A structured sidebar keeps mailbox folders, labels, shared inboxes, settings, and storage usage easy to access, while the main inbox area uses clean rows, clear sender information, category tags, message subjects, timestamps, and attachment indicators to improve scanning. The compose panel is placed side by side with the inbox, allowing users to write, review, and manage emails without losing context.

The user experience is built around reducing friction in everyday email tasks. Soft rounded components, generous spacing, clear icons, and readable typography make the dashboard easy to scan, while selected states, checkboxes, stars, and attachment counters support fast decision-making.
