Founder voice and lifecycle email for a B2B SaaS

The company is a B2B SaaS business phone system. I write for it in two voices: the founders' and the company's.

Managed the LinkedIn profiles of the founders.

Wrote the welcome email that every new sign-up receives in the co-founder's own voice.

Wrote over 60 lifecycle and transactional emails: welcome, first payment, number purchase, document requests, password and cancellation.

Sent campaigns in Brevo: 18,000 emails in July and August 2025.

I work closely with the company's sales and support teams and with customers directly, so the copy uses the words customers actually use, not a generic brand voice.
