Overview

Working with a telecom startup, I helped develop PMO structures and processes that allowed for a more organized project and program environment. In addition, managed new product development.

Responsibilities

• A heavily orientated customer facing, business focused role that was part of the account team that successfully negotiated a $5M contract with a global market authority in a customer-focused role.
• Led a global direct and virtual multi-discipline team through all stages of the product design cycle from cradle to grave.
• Creation and implementation multiple new R&D processes for risk management, change management, configuration management, tracking and reporting.

Achievements

• Completed and launched the new product in scope and at 98% of estimated budget.
• Supported the organization through business strategy that allowed 15% company growth.
• Updates to the PMO processes improved efficiency resulting in 45% increase based on the PMI model.
