Trackeria - Security Mobile App Design

I designed a comprehensive mobile application focused on emergency response and digital security. The app is tailored to help users stay safe during physical threats and protect their digital identity from cyber-related risks. It combines intuitive design with critical security functionalities to empower users with rapid support and preventive tools.

SOS Emergency Trigger: A one-tap panic button that sends real-time location and distress messages to emergency contacts or authorities.

Digital Identity Protection: Tools to detect and alert users about suspicious login attempts, phishing attempts, and account breaches, and also manage their identity and credentials online.

Location Sharing: Real-time location tracking and optional live sharing with trusted contacts during unsafe situations.

Safe Zones & Alerts: Custom geofencing that alerts users or family when someone enters/exits defined areas.

Emergency lines: Access to all emergency lines for safety and life-threatening situations.

Incident Reporting: Users can report and log security-related incidents (both physical and digital) with optional media uploads.

Security Tips & Updates: Educational content and alerts for emerging threats, safety tips, and security best practices.

Conducted UX research to understand user behaviors in emergency and security-related scenarios.

Created user personas and journey flows to guide feature prioritization.

Built wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs focusing on clarity, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Conducted a full case study to understand the user's problem firsthand and give the best solution.

Prioritized seamless navigation, clear CTAs, and trust-inducing UI components.
