Launch Film for Reducto Redesign

Reducto is a document parsing platform. Studio is its workspace layer, where teams build pipelines, run endpoints against their own files and read the structured output. This is the launch film for its redesign.

Announce a redesign in under a minute, to an audience that already knows the product. That rules out explaining what Reducto does. The film had to move fast enough to hold attention and slow enough that each screen actually registers.

Five beats, each a title card cutting into product footage: the pipelines overview, endpoint selection and configuration, the parse running against a real document, results appearing alongside it, and the new light and dark modes.

Title cards sit on Reducto's deep plum, full frame, with the product footage on near-white. The alternation gives the film a rhythm and lets each screen arrive clean rather than fighting a busy background.

Cursor-led sequences rather than abstract transitions, so every interaction reads as something a user would actually do: opening the pipeline menu, toggling enhancement options, dropping in a file.

The parsing sequence is the centerpiece. A dense financial report fills with color-coded block overlays as it processes, then the structured output builds field by field beside it. That side by side is the product's whole argument, so it gets the most screen time.

Text animates on a per-word reveal with a soft blur on entry and exit, which keeps title cards feeling quick without making them hard to read.
