We create countless freebies and a freebie library to test the market and the 2 sales funnels with the 2 group programs, 3 mini-courses in the course of 8 months. We used podia as the platform to create it all.
We were generating leads with a 12% conversion rate and kept working on the product according to her 1:1 client's needs and market research results.
We've found her true niche and were able to niche down in a way that she knows now who is she passionate about helping and she is repositioning the 2 group programs according to the new niche.
