Our Mission

Our primary objective was to fortify Co-op's digital presence with a comprehensive branding, content design, and marketing overhaul, ensuring it resonates with its core audience—locals who are wary of large corporations.
Recognizing the nuances of the retailing market and the unique challenges of the West Coast Canadian demographic, we initiated an in-depth market research phase. This enabled us to grasp the specific needs and concerns of our target audience. With these insights, we forged a distinctive social branding strategy for Co-op, ensuring it stands apart from competitors and appeals directly to the community it serves.

We took charge of revamping Co-op's website and social media platforms, making them intuitive, user-friendly, and relatable to the general populace.
