User research & data-driven insights: Conducted in-depth research using interviews, surveys, and observational studies, targeting diverse personas, including those facing life-altering issues. Applied findings to design solutions for LIVESTRONG and Safety around Water at the YMCA SE, designing and launching a fundraising landing page that increased donor usability by 95%.
Inclusive & accessible design: Co-created a fundraising event with an under-resourced immigrant community, modeling a real-life fundraising prototype that resulted in a 1900% donation rate increase and valuable insights into confirmation bias.
