Productivity Dashboard for Medical Center

I was tasked with creating a Productivity Dashboard using a medical center's visits for a whole year. Their main request was that the visits were comparable against a budget number of visits they had set beforehand for each provider.

The dashboard allowed the users to pick the date range desired and filter on any location/provider, etc. The main table also had categories within it, which allowed the user to drill down into the provider level, but also drill up into the specialty level, and the columns would automatically roll up any numbers as needed.

Another dashboard the center wanted was a quick way of seeing how many visits they had per location and per provider, but including columns for how many of those visits were for new vs established patients. Also, how many visits were for Self-pay vs Insured patients.

One idea I brought to the center was that since they had the patients' city and state in the data, I could make them a dashboard that used that information. As seen below, the first map shows the center's locations, with the size of the circle showing which location received the most visits. The second map was an area map that used Zip codes to color in where most patients were coming from. The center loved this one!
