Sophisticated Living: Designing a Villa-Style Pool, Lounge, and Gym Area 

The design objective is to develop a pool area, family lounge, and gym while evoking the ambiance of a villa rather than a traditional home. To achieve this, I propose integrating the family lounge and gym into an indoor setting, which is linked to a semi-outdoor space featuring a mechanical canopy. This semi-outdoor area will serve as a versatile space where occupants can eat and rest after swimming, thus preventing the indoor areas from becoming wet. The family lounge itself will include a comfortable lounge space, a kitchen, and a serving window. Additionally, the design incorporates ample ventilation to ensure optimal airflow throughout the indoor areas.
