This is a fine dining and bar restaurant design that acculturates East Nusa Tenggara Culture with Western Culture however it concentrates on Flourished East Nusa Tenggara which is the Southern Province of Indonesia. There is an enormous amount of culture in Indonesia, which in this design is approached from the culture and nature of East Nusa Tenggara such as Kain Tenun NTT, Mbaru Niang traditional home, and its enchanting nature.
