I was hired as lead designer but then got promoted to Head of Design, I Managed the creative department for digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C companies. Here are some key achievements:

Led and managed a team of 4 designers and a landing page developer, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment to deliver high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns for 30 clients. 

Successfully executed 20+ landing page design projects, collaborating closely with account managers and media buyers to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and conversion goals, resulting in high conversions. 

Mentored and supported the professional development of team members, guiding design techniques, tools, and industry trends to enhance their skills and expertise. 

Developed and implemented design processes and methodologies, resulting in a 30% increase in overall design efficiency.
