Mood Tracker is a self-initiated iOS wellness app design focused on emotional awareness and guided breathing. The concept combines mood logging, reflection, and visual breathing sessions into one calm and structured experience. The goal was to reduce cognitive load, simplify emotional input through custom emoji interactions, and design a scalable system that supports a consistent daily self-care routine. The project explores how minimal interface decisions can encourage healthier emotional habits and could serve as a foundation for a real-world product.
