Overview:

Remo Health is a healthcare company that provides evidence-based dementia care to families. Remo Health's mission is to help families get better care for their loved ones who are suffering from Alzheimer's or any other type of dementia.

Conducted user research: Started by interacting with patients and caretakers to understand their pain points and difficulties.

Empathized with the users at the core level: Understood the core problem that I was trying to solve. (An Insight: I later realized that I was empathizing too much, even more than what was needed, Although, it's always nothing bad to empathize, But, I spent more time and resources on something that could've been done with less.)

Developed design language and concept: Defined the visual communication and design language and created an accessible, pacifying, and competent design system for colors, typography, design and pattern styles, etc.

Created wireframes and prototypes: Went through multiple rounds of iterations and ideation to finalize what works best for the target audience.

Conducted user testing: Conducted user testing to ensure the design was human-centered, descriptive, and accessible.
