Smart Dashboard for Streamlined Facility Booking

Facility managers are the backbone of leisure clubs, sports complexes, and community centers. They handle a constant flow of tasks—from managing bookings and overseeing maintenance to balancing pricing models for members and visitors.

Yet most facility management tools are either outdated, fragmented, or not designed with their reality in mind.

We set out to solve a clear problem: Create an intuitive system that gives facility managers a real-time overview and control of their entire operation.

This product VenueVista was designed to:

Reduce chaos in bookings and overbooking

Make maintenance tracking transparent

Simplify visitor/member pricing

Deliver real-time insights and actionable data

As Lead Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end product design process, including:

User research and problem definition

UX strategy and experience mapping

High-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and design system

Close collaboration with product, engineering, and QA

Leading usability testing and iteration cycles

This was a cross-functional effort, requiring alignment between user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Following the pilot launch across several mid-sized venues:

Booking-related phone calls dropped by 60%
