Project Overview

LeanScale needed a modern, scalable and conversion-focused website that could communicate its services more clearly, establish stronger credibility with potential clients and support its long-term content and SEO strategy.
The project covered the complete website workflow, including UI/UX refinement in Figma, responsive development in Framer, CMS implementation, technical SEO, structured data, form functionality, performance improvements and quality assurance.
My responsibility was not limited to translating a design into a live website. I worked across design, development and SEO to ensure that the final product was visually polished, technically reliable, easy to manage and properly structured for search engines.

My Role

I worked as the website designer, Framer developer and SEO implementation specialist for the project.
My responsibilities included:
Reviewing and refining the website design in Figma
Improving the visual hierarchy and overall user experience
Creating consistent design patterns across the website

The Challenge

LeanScale’s website needed to support multiple business goals at the same time.
It had to present the company as a credible and experienced B2B partner, clearly explain its services, showcase resources and case studies, generate qualified leads and remain easy for the internal team to update.
The website also needed a stronger technical SEO foundation. This included improving page structure, metadata, heading hierarchy, internal linking, semantic markup, schema implementation and indexability.
Another important challenge was maintaining visual consistency across different pages and screen sizes. Typography, spacing, component behavior, navigation interactions and calls to action needed to feel unified throughout the website.
The project therefore required a combined approach involving:

Design Refinement in Figma

The project began with a detailed review of the existing Figma designs.
I analyzed the website from both a visual and usability perspective, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, consistency and user flow.

I improved the relationship between headings, supporting copy, calls to action and visual elements so users could quickly understand the purpose of each section.

The layouts were refined to create better balance and improve readability without making the pages feel unnecessarily crowded.

After refining the design direction, I developed the website in Framer.
The goal was to create a responsive and scalable implementation that remained visually accurate while being easy for the LeanScale team to maintain.
