Shift Système is a business coaching offer by the team behind Shift Programme, designed to help entrepreneurs move from operator to CEO. I was responsible for adapting a Webflow template to match the client’s copy and structure while ensuring a consistent, modern, and conversion-oriented layout.

Adapt an existing Webflow template to the new French copy and structure.

Rebuild or restyle certain sections for better UX and hierarchy.

Replace all icons, images, and headings according to the brand’s updated messaging.

Deliver a cohesive, responsive landing page ready for launch.

Reorganized sections and removed unnecessary blocks based on the new brief.

Rebuilt the Méthode section outside the FAQ component for stability and clarity.

Added a dedicated Fondateur section following the Shift Programme brand structure.

Implemented all French copy from the provided brief, ensuring accurate formatting and spacing.

Replaced every icon using Phosphor Icons and styled them consistently across cards.

Adjusted grid layouts, numbering, and section headings for readability and visual rhythm.

Matched typography, spacing, and structure to shift-programme.com for brand continuity.

Cleaned up unused classes and improved section hierarchy (H1–H3 structure).

Optimized images, added titles and meta descriptions for SEO readiness.

Worked directly with the creative team, implementing real-time feedback via Webflow.

Adjusted details based on client testing and added light UX enhancements (icons, spacing, CTA polish).
