To design and develop a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) for TALSMART, a platform focused on providing specialized sales training to IT/Software professionals. The goal was to create an intuitive, user-centric website that delivers seamless course access, enhances learning experiences, and supports the brand's mission to empower sales teams.

Requirement Analysis:
Worked closely with Mr. Jaswinder Sahni to understand the training methodology, target audience, and core features required for an LMS platform.
Identified the need for features like course catalogs, user dashboards, progress tracking, and payment integration.
Design Phase:
Created wireframes and mockups to visualize the user journey and course accessibility.
Designed a professional, clean, and modern interface aligned with Talsmart’s branding, emphasizing usability for sales professionals.
Development Phase:
Built the website using WordPress and integrated LMS plugins for course management, including features like:
User registration and personalized dashboards.
Progress tracking and certification issuance.
Secure payment gateway for course enrollments.
Optimized the platform for scalability to accommodate a growing user base and additional courses.
Testing and Deployment:
Conducted extensive testing for performance, security, and usability.
Ensured the LMS worked seamlessly across devices to cater to professionals on the go.
Delivered a fully functional and user-friendly platform.
Outcome:
Successfully launched Talsmart.co
Enhanced accessibility and engagement with features like progress tracking and certification.
Helped Talsmart scale its offerings, establish itself as a trusted sales training provider, and empower professionals with actionable skills.
