Project Goal:
To develop a fully multilingual website for InClass, leveraging WPML (WordPress Multilingual Plugin) to provide an inclusive user experience for diverse audiences. The goal was to enable seamless navigation and content accessibility in multiple languages, expanding the reach of InClass’s services to a global clientele.
Process:
Initial Consultation:
Collaborated with Ms. Laksmi from ZetaByte to define the multilingual needs of InClass and ensure a user-centric approach.
Identified key regions and languages that required integration, ensuring content was appropriately localized.
WPML Integration & Design Customization:
Integrated WPML to support multiple languages, enabling smooth switching between them.
Customized the theme and content structure to adapt to different language requirements, ensuring consistent branding across all versions.
Content Translation & Setup:
Coordinated with the client to prepare translations for the content, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy.
Set up language-switching functionality, enabling users to easily toggle between languages on the site.
Testing & Optimization:
Thoroughly tested the multilingual functionality to ensure smooth translation, proper layout adjustments, and compatibility across devices.
Optimized site performance for fast loading times and seamless navigation in all supported languages.
Outcome:
Successfully launched InClass, a multilingual website with WPML integration, providing a seamless experience for users across different languages.
Expanded InClass’s global reach, allowing the organization to cater to international audiences while maintaining a unified brand identity.
Enabled ZetaByte to scale its services and engage a broader customer base with localized content.
The site is in three languages, the main challenge was to handover over all 3 languages running smoothly. But ok.
