Under 25 Dictionary already had a strong audience base at 540K followers, but growth had slowed. They wanted to boost visibility, maintain high engagement, and create fresh content formats that stood out in a saturated space.

Audience Research: Identified that the existing community loved content with humor, relatability, and cultural context, but wanted more variety in formats.
Content Strategy: Designed and executed a personalized content bucket system: GPT Roast, Starterpack, Live Actions, Voxpop, Etymology, and Word of the Day to keep the feed dynamic while appealing to different audience moods.
Competitive Analysis: Other pages were recycling formats, so we diversified to keep both loyal followers and new viewers engaged.
