Built with Framer

Derek's Sandwich Shop Website Design

Hoagies to the world, spread the word.
I designed and built the full website for Derek’s, a Liverpool-based sandwich shop inspired by New York delis, Sopranos energy, and streetwear culture. The goal was simple, make it feel like more than a place that serves food. Derek’s is a vibe, and the site had to reflect that.
I used Framer to bring everything to life with smooth interactions, clean layout, and just the right amount of attitude. From tone of voice to visual flow, every section was crafted to feel bold, confident, and fun to explore.
The site includes a fully shoppable merch store with tees, sweatshirts, and tracksuits, each designed with custom product names, snappy descriptions, and styled collections. The food menu is straight to the point but still on brand. I also built a three-step booking page for the food truck, making it easy for anyone to bring Derek’s to their event. There’s a locations section for each spot across Liverpool, a killer 404 page featuring a custom enamel pin, and a bunch of small touches that make it feel cohesive.
I also created some of the illustrations, including a Ghibli-style food truck, and made sure everything from icons to microcopy felt like Derek’s. It’s one of those projects where the brand energy carries through every pixel.
Everything was built to be fast, clear, and full of personality. Derek’s isn’t just a sandwich shop, it’s a brand people want to wear, follow, and visit. I made sure the website delivers that same feeling.
