The Challenge
Patients were still calling front desks, joining queues and hoping a specialist had a slot.
Records were paper-based or split across hospitals, and follow-ups slipped through the cracks.
Rural users often had no realistic way to reach a qualified doctor at all.
What We Built
Unified search across hospitals, clinics, specialists and nurses, with filters for specialty, location, services and verified status.
Real-time bookings for in-person visits, telemedicine sessions and home-care requests.
Video consultations over WebRTC with audio and chat fallbacks, plus record and symptom-photo uploads before the call.
Digital prescriptions, secure document storage, push notifications and payments.
Offline-friendly fallbacks that queue bookings on weak networks and sync when connectivity returns.
How We Did It
Architecture. One shared Supabase backend with the provider app, so every booking, cancellation or new slot updates instantly on both sides.
Build. Flutter client with a moderation layer that keeps the provider directory clean.
Outcome
Faster provider discovery and real slots without phone tag.
Fewer no-shows and shorter wait times through a shared, real-time source of truth.
Specialist access made realistic for families previously locked out, with care delivered to the doorstep.
