I redesigned the conference identity for the Raisena Dialogue Forum 2024 for the Ministry Of External Affairs and the Observer Research Foundation, India, through meticulous conceptualization, creating a cohesive brand identity that encapsulates the forum's values and objectives, ensuring a memorable and impactful presence in line with its mission and vision.

Conceptualization & Research and Inspiration

1. Mandalas: Geometric patterns symbolizing wholeness and interconnectedness also refer to the concept of various spheres and aspects of man's life about socio-political, biological, and mental spheres.
2. Chanakya's Wisdom: Emphasizes strategy and adaptability in governance through the concept of mandalas or spheres of our lives.
3. Chaturanga: Ancient Indian strategy game emphasizing balance and foresight.
4. Connection: Both mandalas and Chaturanga reflect balance and harmony in pursuit of objectives.
5. Spiritual and Intellectual Dimensions: Mandalas aid meditation, while Chaturanga stimulates strategic thinking.
6. Overlap: Chanakya's teachings on governance resonate with the strategic principles in Chaturanga.

Ideation & Iterative Design

The ideation process for remaking a mandala involves research, conceptualization, and artistic expression. Drawing from traditional mandalas, the artist conceptualizes themes or intentions, refining designs iteratively for deeper meaning. Geometric shapes, particularly triangles, form the basis, while a professional color palette reflects the conference's stature and India's geopolitical position. Feedback loops ensure simplicity and coherence. Presentation to stakeholders, including ORF representatives Laeticia and Tannoubi, facilitated by Devan Das, culminates in final approval from ORF President Sameer Saran.
