Christmas Tree Video Training for Stew Leonard's Intro

This video project introduces new and seasonal employees to Stew Leonard’s Christmas Tree Shop, encapsulating the festive spirit and high standards of customer service expected during the holiday season. Filmed on-site, the video includes footage of Christmas Shop employees assisting customers, maintaining the shop, and tending to trees. Through dynamic shots and smooth panning of the shop’s decorations, the video sets a warm holiday ambiance, embodying the spirit of Christmas that customers anticipate each year.

The video was shot, edited, and produced by me using Adobe Premiere Pro for primary editing and Adobe After Effects for additional visual effects, resulting in a polished, cohesive training tool. This training resource will help instill a sense of holiday cheer and teamwork, emphasizing the importance of creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
