developed an IT Service Request Automation System using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Outlook. The system allows users to open service requests with detailed descriptions, priorities, and classifications. Once a request is submitted, an email is automatically sent to all relevant parties, enabling them to start working on the issue immediately. The form data is also populated into a spreadsheet for further data processing.
