Stealth Jobs is an innovative anonymous job search platform designed to protect user identities during the hiring process. It includes three panels: Admin, Candidate, and Employer, all built using ReactJS with a robust Node.js backend. Description
The goal of Stealth Jobs was to create a platform where candidates could search for job opportunities without revealing their personal information upfront. The platform supports anonymous job applications, allowing candidates to express interest in jobs while keeping their identity hidden. Similarly, employers can view anonymized candidate profiles and express interest, only after which both parties’ details are revealed.

💼 Confidential Employer-Candidate Interactions: Employers can see essential information (like salary expectations and past experience) without knowing the candidate’s identity.

Challenges & Solutions
Maintaining Anonymity:
Challenge: Ensuring the candidate and employer details remain anonymous until both express mutual interest.
Solution: Designed a two-step reveal process, where detailed profiles and contact information are only unlocked after both parties show interest.
2. Seamless Panel Integration:
Challenge: Integrating three separate panels (Admin, Candidate, Employer) into a single coherent platform.
Solution: Used ReactJS for all panels with shared components, ensuring consistency in design and functionality across the platform.
3. Confidential Data Management:
Challenge: Managing sensitive data without compromising security.
Solution: Built a secure PostgreSQL backend to handle all data transactions with encryption and access control mechanisms.
