Acted as an advisor for a wellness coaching and matching platform. Audited site content to make marketing and information design recommendations. Analyzed and mapped out the end to end user journey, highlighting critical points to suggest changes to optimize the end user experience for better conversion as well as minimal manual internal operations. This project was pivotal in redefining the strategic direction and operational efficiency of Pillar's platform.
