Tokki Party is a concept for a Newjeans-themed cup sleeve event. Cup sleeve events are fan-organized gatherings, often to celebrate a K-Pop group or idol's milestones, such as birthdays or anniversaries. Typically done in cafes, key touchpoints include the cup sleeve featuring a photo of the idol/s and other unofficial merchandise sold or given away as freebies during the event.

Tokki Party celebrates the girl group Newjeans' first debut anniversary. The name comes from combining "Tokki," their official fan club name, and party as cup sleeve events are small parties done by fans for fans. The visuals take cues from their existing promotional materials and Y2K branding.
