Design problem:
Flatiron School is expanding rapidly by launching new campus locations and growing the number of online applicants and students. The current process for student applications, admission, and enrollment has significant pain points for applicants and isn't scalable for Flatiron School staff.
Goals:
Design a new user experience for student applications, admissions, & enrollments that
- increases efficiency for Flatiron School staff in order to manage the scaling wave of applications and program permutations.
- provides applicants with more clarity into Flatiron School's application process in order to increase their application success rate.
- leverages the right metrics in order to quantify and drive product decisions.
My role:
I partnered with a product manager and worked as a product designer to perform user research and to design the user flows, workflows, and product designs.
