Situation: TrustSeed Fund is a B2B SaaS web platform designed to bridge the gap between startups, investors, and institutional players. In the early stages, the client needed a full product design solution that would clearly define how these three distinct users could interact meaningfully within the same ecosystem with different user journeys, dashboards, and tools.

Task: I was responsible for designing the platform experience from the ground up crafting user flows, dashboards, and a clean UI for each role. The core goal was to make it easy for startups to showcase their ideas, for investors to discover viable opportunities, and for institutions to observe and interact with active funding campaigns.

Action: I created three separate but interconnected user flows:

Startups: Sign up and create a campaign, where they outline their business idea, goals, funding needs, milestones, and supporting media. They manage their campaign from a personalized dashboard showing submissions, progress, and feedback.

Investors: Access a campaign listing interface tailored to them, where they can explore live startup pitches, review business cases, and decide whether to fund. Their dashboard allows them to track investments and engage with founders.

Institutional Players: View broader insights and aggregated activity, enabling them to spot trends or offer strategic support.

Each dashboard was uniquely tailored in layout, functionality, and data visibility. I also applied a modular design system for consistency across roles and devices. The design process included research, competitor analysis, low-fi wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and UI prototyping.

Result: The final product delivered a structured, investor-ready user experience that supports clarity, trust, and engagement across all roles. The interface made it simple for startups to gain visibility, investors to take action, and institutions to remain informed bringing transparency and efficiency to the funding process.
