“Rituale” is a surreal short

“Rituale” is a surreal short film exploring metaphorical and spiritual themes connected to time, human bonds and introspection.

Built entirely with Melius, the project combines cinematic AI visuals, sequencing and experimental workflow techniques to create an abstract and immersive atmosphere inspired by dreams, rituals and inner reflection.

The creative process focused on: → visual symbolism → emotional pacing → surreal world building → cinematic composition and transitions → iterative AI image and video generation inside Melius

I also created a short workflow breakdown video showing part of the creative process and how the film was developed inside the platform.

One of the most interesting aspects of using Melius was the ability to rapidly experiment with complex visual ideas while keeping a strong artistic direction throughout the entire process.
