Project Overview

Mathias Media, a prominent provider of Kajabi services, sought to elevate its Contra.com profile and service offerings.
The existing visuals were generic, failing to convey the quality and expertise synonymous with the Mathias Media brand.
These stock images lacked personality, often appearing incongruous with the sophisticated service offerings and inadvertently diminishing the perceived value.
The vision for this project was to creating a distinct, high-end visual language that would not only differentiate Mathias Media from competitors in a crowded digital marketplace but also intrinsically link the brand with a modern, professional, and warm aesthetic.
This aesthetic aimed to evoke a sense of trustworthiness, approachability, and cutting-edge expertise, positioning Mathias Media as a leader in bespoke Kajabi solutions.

The Challenge & Our Role

The primary challenge was to replace a disparate collection of generic visuals with custom, cinematic imagery that matched Mathias Media’s brand tone across 20 individual Kajabi services.
This wasn't merely about swapping images; it required developing a sophisticated visual system that ensured unique visual representation for each specific service (e.g., funnel building, SEO optimization, automation setup) while simultaneously maintaining undeniable stylistic unity and brand consistency across the entire suite.
My strategic role involved meticulously leveraging generative AI to build this cohesive visual system, ensuring unwavering consistency in brand messaging and visual quality.
I took on the complete responsibility of defining the aesthetic parameters, executing the intricate prompt engineering, and overseeing the final refinement process to guarantee that every image perfectly encapsulated the Mathias Media brand ethos.
This hands-on approach ensured the translation of abstract brand values into tangible, compelling visual assets.

The Process

The implementation began with defining a clear and aspirational visual aesthetic: cinematic photography featuring abundant warm daylight streaming into minimalist Scandinavian interiors.
This choice was deliberate, aiming to convey professionalism, tranquility, and a forward-thinking sensibility.
A standardized 4:3 aspect ratio was meticulously established for all images, along with precise typography guidelines for text overlays, specifying uppercase white sans-serif for titles and 'MATHIAS MEDIA' in a smaller, consistent text size for branding.
The core of the process involved advanced prompt engineering using Ideogram, chosen for its superior text-to-image capabilities and control over stylistic elements.
Each service’s visual was initiated with a highly detailed prompt describing a specific cinematic scene, incorporating relevant service context (e.g., a person interacting with a user interface for 'Funnels', a clean desk setup for 'SEO Strategy', dynamic charts for 'Automations') while meticulously maintaining the predefined tone, lighting, and color consistency.
This iterative process of prompt refinement and scene remixing - adjusting descriptors, experimenting with camera angles, and refining light sources - ensured both thematic relevance for each service and unwavering stylistic adherence to the overall brand vision.

The Build & Outcome

Following the intensive prompt engineering phase, 20 distinct and high-quality visuals were generated within Ideogram.
These were then meticulously reviewed for absolute consistency in tone, lighting, compositional balance, and overall adherence to the established brand guidelines.
Minor text alignment and overlay adjustments were precisely performed in Figma to perfect spacing, readability, and overall presentation, ensuring each visual was polished to a professional standard.
The new visual system was successfully integrated across Mathias Media's Contra profile, completely transforming it from a collection of individual services into a unified, high-end brand experience that immediately communicated expertise and quality.
The project not only delivered 20 fully branded cinematic service images but also established a time-efficient, repeatable, and reusable workflow for future visual content creation, significantly reducing reliance on expensive stock photography or time-consuming traditional design methods.
This initiative concretely demonstrated the immense power and precision of AI tools like Ideogram in professional branding, solidifying Mathias Media's visual identity across both Contra and Kajabi platforms and creating a strong, instantly recognizable visual link between the personal brand and its comprehensive service suite, thereby enhancing instant credibility and market recognition.
