Namaha Healthcare Website Design

Namaha Healthcare is a family-led hospital in Mumbai, with deep roots in women's health and a growing world of specialities around it. The hospital interiors, visual identity, illustrations and design details had already shaped Namaha into a space that felt warmer than the entire healthcare category. The website was the next place that feeling needed to come alive.

From the first meeting, we knew the website had to meet the user with confidence, but without the coldness healthcare often slips into. We built the experience that can hold the full complexity of a growing multispecialty hospital while still feeling calm, clear and human.

Women's healthcare is rarely just clinical. It is intimate, ongoing and often emotional. We wanted the experience to feel less like being processed and more like being understood.

We carried Namaha's warmth into the website through lived-in spaces. Turmeric Design's 2016 branding had given us a great headstart with hand-drawn illustrations and a calm colour palette. With photography, our purpose was to find visual moments that made the hospital feel personal rather than clinical.
