Introduction
I am a NASM certified personal trainer, 200-hr Yoga Teacher, and an ACE certified health coach. My specific focus is giving a trauma-informed coaching while still maintaining a personal voice.
The ideal client is an individual who professes in the Christian faith and has had an abortion. As a pro-choice seminary student, I am able to reach this niche with ease and provide good spiritual care and advocacy for individuals who feel like outcasts ("punks").
