As an IRL Ambassador for TikTok Shop’s Tastemakers Program, I supported and grew the creator community through both online and offline engagement. My role blended community moderation, event hosting, and creator relations—helping translate TikTok Shop’s digital ecosystem into meaningful, real-world connections.

Moderated the official Discord server for the TikTok Shop Tastemakers community

Fostered a welcoming, inclusive environment for creators at various stages

Enforced community guidelines while maintaining a supportive, peer-driven culture

Answered questions, guided discussions, and escalated issues when needed

Represented the Tastemakers program in real-life settings as an ambassador

Planned and hosted IRL creator meetups and networking events

Acted as a bridge between creators and the program by surfacing feedback and sentiment

Hosted an IRL creator event in Nashville (2025) alongside another Tastemaker creator
