For the Thermal app, I worked with a design system that the client already had, so visually, they already had a brand in place. Using these elements and colors, I got to work from the ground up with the app itself.
Starting with an initial meeting
Fortunately, my client and I lived in proximity to each other. We were able to meet in person to discuss what they wanted out of their app, and I was able to sketch some initial ideas for what the homepage might look like.
Onto digital wireframes
After some discussion, I took those sketches and created them in Figma, filling in the necessary pages that would make up a simple user flow. We tested that ourselves and with others, made some revisions, and moved on to...
