Top Nomad's Club (TNC) is a premium digital lifestyle platform designed specifically for affluent Africans and the diaspora. It functions as an exclusive "super-app" that consolidates curated travel experiences, high-end event access, and luxury lifestyle perks into a single, seamless ecosystem. The platform connects members to the best Africa has to offer—from private cultural tours in Lagos to VIP nightlife in Accra—while providing essential travel utilities like eSIMs and concierge support.
The Problem For affluent African travelers and the diaspora, the high-end lifestyle market is currently fragmented and high-friction.
Disjointed Experience: Users have to juggle multiple apps to book flights, find trusted local guides, secure event tickets, and discover luxury accommodation.
Lack of Curation: There is no centralized trusted source vetting "premium" experiences. finding truly exclusive, safe, and high-quality activities often relies on word-of-mouth or unreliable open marketplaces.
Booking Complexity: Existing platforms treat travel as linear. They fail to account for the complex needs of this demographic, such as separating "ground experiences" from flights for locals vs. international visitors, or adding personalized services like private chefs and security.

The Solution (What I Solved) I designed a unified digital experience that replaces fragmentation with a curated, tiered membership ecosystem.
Modular Booking Engine: I solved the "local vs. international" booking conflict by designing a decoupled booking flow. Instead of rigid packages, I created a modular system where users select a "Base Experience" (Ground only) and can optionally toggle on "Flight Concierge" or specific add-ons (Private Chef, Nanny, Driver). This ensures the platform serves both a user in London and a user in Lagos equally well without redundant charges.
Tiered Membership Architecture: I structured the platform around four distinct tiers (Free, Silver, Gold, Platinum), using gamification and visual exclusivity to drive upgrades. Higher tiers unlock tangible value, such as lower booking fees, exclusive event access, and complimentary eSIMs.
Progressive Onboarding: To reduce drop-off for high-net-worth users, I designed a "value-first" onboarding flow. Users can explore the app's premium content before signing up. When they do register, we use progressive profiling—capturing just the essentials (Email/OTP) first and collecting travel-specific data (Passport Name) only when necessary for a booking.
Unified Lifestyle Wallet: I integrated disparate services (Events, Travel, Perks) into a single "My Bookings" & "Wallet" system. A user can now manage their hotel stay, concert tickets, and active eSIM data plan all from one cohesive dashboard, eliminating the need for multiple apps during a trip.
